Amenities

Clubhouse

The clubhouse is used for both community and private functions. Committee and board meetings are often held there, in addition to community events planned by the Events Committee. Our management company staff also hold an office in the clubhouse.

The clubhouse – which includes a small catering kitchen – is also available for private rental by residents only. This rental does not include the pool or pool deck. Please see the portal for the reservation calendar, required forms, cost and deposit.

Dog Park

The dog park is located on Lake Claire Overlook and is split into two separate areas: one for small dogs (0-35 pounds) and one for all-sizes, including large dogs.

Please note that small dogs are welcome in the All-Sizes dog park, but not the other way around, as it is important to have a safe experience for smaller dogs in the Small Sizes dog park.

The All-Size side of the dog park is larger in square footage and is configured such that there is long distance between the two ends, to allow for a long run for even large dogs.

Both parks include a double gate entry box, making it safer to let you and your dog in and out of the park. The dog park also has oak trees and benches. Designated parking is available right outside the dog park.
